We claimed against violence!

The last 21st of April, a Spanish teacher was killed in Barcelona by a student. We wanted to reject any type of violence, so we decided to include a brief protest to pay tribute to the teacher.

And this is our Comenius Quiz Winner!!!

After a hard-fought, we can finally announce that we have a winner in the cultural quiz about the different countries participating and sharing experiences in this, our Comenius project. Our students have been really struggling to get the right answers but only has won.

The name of our champ is Albert Martí Gonzàlez from our 5th level course, he is ten years old and knows more than the rest about Poland, Latvia, Italy and Turkey!! that's why we ask you to give him a resounding applause.... CONGRATULATIONS ALBERT!!!!!!!!!

Our School Day of Non-violence and Peace

The School Day of Non-violence and Peace our school tried to contribute in different ways such as theatrical plays about the peace, we sang English and Catalan songs also related to  peace and non-violence. Moreover, our students took a step ahead and shared some of their inner thoughts and profound reflections about peace, Human Rights and what our world should be. They wrote some of their thoughts and reflections messages in peageons and we finally built "peace tree" formed by the pigeons and the reflections. It was quite emotional and touching for most of us and we are pretty sure that the idea of PEACE will never be the same for our students, now they know what peace really is.

Our drawing contest

As planned, we did a drawing contest at our school. The topic was related according to the questionnaires made by our elder students last course. For that reason, they have created these lovely drawings. Hope you like it!!! :)
